アプリ名: SWAN (禁煙SWAN 卒煙の正しい知識を) ／ 運営者: 株式会社リガト ／ 施行日: 2026年8月5日

株式会社リガト（以下「当方」）は、iOS アプリ「SWAN」（以下「本アプリ」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、本プライバシーポリシーを定めます。

1. 基本方針（最も重要な点）

本アプリは、利用者のプライバシーを最大限に尊重して設計されています。

• 利用者のデータは端末内にのみ保存され、当方のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
• 本アプリは広告を表示しません。
• 本アプリはトラッキングを行いません。
• 本アプリはアナリティクスツールを使用しません。

2. 端末内に保存される情報

以下の情報は端末内（および App Group 領域を通じたウィジェット・Apple Watch との共有領域）にのみ保存されます。外部への送信は一切ありません。

• 卒煙開始日時
• 1日の喫煙本数・1箱の価格（節約金額の計算に使用）
• 記事の閲覧状態
• ウィジェットの表示設定（カラーテーマ・表示指標の選択など）
• SWAN Proの購入状態

3. 取得しない情報

本アプリは、位置情報・連絡先・写真・カメラ・マイク・健康情報・通信内容を取得しません。アカウント登録も不要で、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人を特定する情報を当方が収集することはありません。

4. 第三者サービス

本アプリは、広告配信やアナリティクスのための第三者サービスを一切使用していません。

5. 課金について

SWAN Pro（月額・年額・買い切り）および投げ銭（開発者にチップ）は、すべて Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。本アプリは購入状態（有効か否か）の確認のみを行い、クレジットカード番号等の決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。

6. データの保存と削除

本アプリのデータは端末内に保存されます。本アプリを削除すると、端末内に保存されたすべてのデータが削除されます。

7. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは特に子供を対象としたものではなく、子供から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

8. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、法令の変更や機能追加に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページ上で告知します。

Rigato inc ("we") provides this Privacy Policy describing how user information is handled in the iOS app "SWAN" (the "App").

1. Core Principles (most important)

The App is designed with maximum respect for user privacy.

• All user data is stored only on your device and is never sent to our servers.
• The App does not display ads.
• The App does not track you.
• The App does not use analytics tools.

2. Information Stored on Device

The following information is stored only on your device (and shared with widgets and Apple Watch via the App Group container). None of it is transmitted externally.

• Quit-smoking start date and time
• Daily cigarette count and pack price (used to calculate savings)
• Article reading progress
• Widget display settings (color theme, metric selection, etc.)
• SWAN Pro purchase status

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

The App does not access location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, health data, or network traffic. No account is required, and we do not collect personally identifying information such as your name or email.

4. Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party services for advertising or analytics.

5. Purchases

SWAN Pro purchases (monthly, yearly, and one-time) and tips are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. The App only checks entitlement status and does not collect or store payment information such as card numbers.

6. Retention & Deletion

All data is stored on your device. Deleting the App removes all stored data.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy as laws change or features are added. Material changes will be posted on this page.
